I can be cynical about everything
I will always look back on these last few months in Australia as the time I somehow got roped into telling everyone I meet that, yes, I have graduated, yes, I have a job, yes, I am moving to Seattle and, yes, it will be a very big change.
No, I don’t know when I am leaving yet. You guys better throw me a party every week in case this is the week I leave forever.
It’s fun coz we get to set you up for these awesome conversations! We just have to start talking about graduating :)
You do it one more time and I’m going to start lying.

and when you finally get to Seattle, i’ll wave to you from my side of the lake. (i live about 15 minutes east of Seattle, you’ll get the lake joke once you’ve crossed it.) :D
