INT. FAST FOOD KITCHEN - MORNING

Stainless steel counters and equipment are bathed in sunlight. DWAYNE is perfectly dressed in his colourful fast food uniform and shiny black shoes as he staffs the a spotless grill. He stares intently at a burger patty.

RANDY is dressed in similar attire and prepares the remaining ingredients of the burger. He has a haircut like David Bowie.

I had to actually look up how to format a screenplay. This is the wrong way to format it.

DWAYNE
I am going to flip this burger now.

RANDY
Sure thing! But don’t forget that when you flip a burger: you should not use your hands.

DWAYNE
I don’t understand. Why would I not use my hand to flip this very hot burger?

RANDY
It’s part of McChucky’s S.A.F.E. program, you should have seen the new posters around the kitchen. We believe that the best way to care for our employees is to reduce the amount of workplace incidents and to not use our hands when it comes to really hot burger patties.

DWAYNE That’s right! If I were to use my hands, I could hurt myself!

RANDY That’s right! The best policy is always to find a kitchen utensil that will let you do your work without putting your hand at risk of second degree burns.

Dwayne and Randy high-five each other and stare directly at the fourth wall.
