    It’s kind of bizarre, comparing the CFLs in the US to here - the colours are completely different and Australian manufacturers like to overestimate how powerful the lightbulbs really are (20 watts in that test was roughly equivlaent to a 75 watt incandescent, whereas they’re rated at 100 watts equivalent here). I’d love to get a lux meter and test some of the local ones out, but I’m nerdy like that.
