		<description>&lt;p&gt;I think Lucy makes a valid point re: Shannon&#039;s (under)performance. If these women are in the sex industry out of their own choice, for entrepreneurial reasons, and are proud to be in the industry, then surely they should make some sort of effort to provide a service that is of reasonable quality. If they don&#039;t want to be there anymore, then it&#039;s time for a career change.
Although, having said that, there are probably quite a few sex workers out there who are damaged goods; damaged with drug addiction. So while women are essentially equal to men in this country, prostitution still carries a stigma...it&#039;s just not &quot;the slave&quot; stigma.&lt;/p&gt;
