For those fans of the Mac’s most indispensible utility, Quicksilver, you’ll have noticed the site has been down for a few days. Rest assured, MacUpdate has a mirror of Beta 52, Build 3813.
I can tell you that in Leopard (Mac OS X 10.5), Quicksilver no longer incorrectly appears up in the dock when you’ve unchecked “Show icon in the dock”.

karanhuh, I can’t connect to Mac Update either. When you say “dock”, do you mean the menu bar? It never appeared in the dock when you told it to hide… |

JackI mean the dock. There is a bug between beta 51 and Leopard that causes Quicksilver to appear in the dock regardless of what you tell it to do. |
